Matured using ABP’s patented Ultra-Tender® process, our carcasses are hip hung and hyper stretched immediately after slaughter. This guarantees the consistency and tenderness of our organic beef, encouraging the natural breakdown of muscle fibres as each carcass hangs and matures prior to deboning.
